Hi,

As Daniel said, openser only runs on unix-like platforms ...
But, there are options to have openser running inside a windows box
... via some kind or other of virtualization.
- cygwin ... i never tried, so i won't comment
- vmware ... i did try. Too heavy for my taste and i had problems
running real-time apps in there ... i.e asterisk or sems ...
- colinux ... i fell in love with it ... it is a ported linux kernel,
very easy to install (it comes with prepackaged linuxes, like debian)
... and i have asterisk and sems running there, no problem.
