[Users] SIP Message

Openser is a proxy, no client.
Thus, if you want to send a mesage to the client, the request must be 
sent by another SIP client. Then, openser can change some header fields 
or add new header fields. Openser itslef can not create new messages. 
For this you would have to use Asterisk or sems.
