[Users] Mysql connection timeout issue

I'm using OpenSER from this tar.gz:
http://openser.org/pub/openser/1.0.0/src/openser-1.0.0-tls_src.tar.gz

Is there a difference between this package and CVS rel_1_0_0 sip-server?
