[Users] OpenSER.pm perl library installation

Hello,

now you have to do it manually, in the future the plan is to move 
modules/perl/lib in /usr/local/lib/openser/perl -- lib subfolder in 
module's directory should signal that it has to be copied in openser's 
installation lib directory.
