[Users] forward_reply error

Hi,

you should take a look at the network trace - looks like something is 
wrong with the reply of BYE and its accounting is never trigger. If you 
insert some [x]log in your script, you will see that probably the BYE is 
passing through your server, but the reply fails - accounting is done 
when reply is received.
