[Users] Force RTP stream to go through mediaproxy

Hi,

most probably, in your script, you use mediaproxy only if NAT was 
detected (and a flag was set). So, you do not have to test the flag (to 
use mediaproxy only for nated calls), but call mediaproxy for all calls.
