[Users] registrar table size

Hi Kent,

you need to increase the private memory ( pkg memory) which is only 1M 
by default. See the config.h file:
    #define PKG_MEM_POOL_SIZE 1024*1024
try with 2M:
    #define PKG_MEM_POOL_SIZE 2*1024*1024
