If you want to match the star (*) you need to escape it: "^sip:\*86[0-9]*@". 
Your regex was: "match 'sip' at the beginning of a line, and then zero or 
more colons, followed by '86', zero or more numbers and then an '@'". The 
problem is the ":*" part which means "zero or more colons" instead of "colon 
followed by a star".
