Summary: Lack of warning/error when calling an undeclared route

Initial Comment:
OpenSIPS (Openser neither) will not complain when a route is called but have not been created.

(Sample code just for examplation)

route
{
   route(1);
   route(2);
   route(3);
}

route[1]
{
  return(1);
}

route[3]
{
  return(1);
}

does not cause any warning, OpenSIPS will start fine and just ignore the route(2); call.
