As addition:

I think that the plus sign ( + ) in the tag= triggers the error. This is a
reserved character in RFC 3261.

reserved    =  ";" / "/" / "?" / ":" / "@" / "&" / "=" / "+" / "$" / ","
unreserved  =  alphanum / mark
mark        =  "-" / "_" / "." / "!" / "~" / "*" / "'" / "(" / ")"

A 'normal' config without B2B does not show a error in the log file ...
