@Satish,
both SIP (unless you are using TCP or TLS) and RTP are usually transmitted using
UDP. Therefore, the TCP congestion control algorithms don't really matter.
Congestion Control (CC) is one of the reasons TCP isn't used for real-time
communications such as RTP. Hope this helps.
