[OpenSIPS-Users] Issue with /etc/init.d/opensips on new test install

Plan B got around that problem. (Original problem still there)

I renamed the original opensips.cfg in /usr/local/opensips/etc/opensips
then changed opensips_residential.cfg to opensips.cfg. The init.d script
then found the correct script and after fixing the few config errors and
changing the init.d script back to original the init.d script did its thing
and everything is good.
