[OpenSIPS-Users] No acc records after opensips restart

Razvan,
sorry again.
I did a dumb mistake and used "opensipsctl fifo debug 9" instead of
enabling the debug in the opensips.cfg file. So when opensips restarted,
debug was disabled.
