[OpenSIPS-Users] TLS-enabled SIP server by installing deb file

Hello Chen-Che,

You could go for a quick fix in the meantime, until we figure out if 
there is a cleaner solution.
Go to line 35 in the Makefile, uncomment "#TLS=1", then build your deb.
