[OpenSIPS-Users] Regd Load Balancer Algorithms

Hello Santosh,

You cannot use 2 algorithms in the same time - like weight based and
round robin. You need to choose the one which better fits your needs.
Dispatcher module provides both algs (round robin in 4, all other hash
based algs are subject to weight balancing).
