[OpenSIPS-Users] Detect failed SIP server

Hi Chen-Che,

Yes, your understanding is correct - but aside the dispatcher params, in 
case the destination does not answer at all (no reply back), how long it 
will take for opensips to generate 408 for one OPTIONS is dictated by 
this "fr_timer".
