Hi I'm building a server OpenSIPS for my internal network users, and
I'm testing
the supporting presence Jitsi, but when I do not disturb the softphone but
the state does not update in the otre UA , and the sip trace I see
that it sends
the publish but not subscribe?.

3012 do not disturb ===> 3014 (not see)
