Try with this first. It was a typo in my last email. use_domain should be
disabled.
modparam(“usrloc”,”use_domain”,0)

If that didn't work, you need to capture the sip traffic. I can't tell
what's wrong because I don't see the signalling. I'm just guessing right
now. Or look at the debug logs and see if there is any errors etc.
