[OpenSIPS-Users] Dynamic Routing module and weights

Hello,

Are the weights values for trunks and carriers a percentage?
What are the valid values?
Do they need to add up to 100?

How do they relate a real world scenario?
What are the best practices?

Sorry for the too many questions, but I think it will be useful in future
for people trying to use drouting and weights.
