[OpenSIPS-Users] 483 response for REGISTER with opensips on a VirtualMachine

If the new domain isn't being written to the table, then opensips will
think that the domain is for another server and will attempt to relay it.
If that domain can't be resolved, you'll get this.

The FIFO error you pointed out probably is a factor in this. You'll need to
be sure your configuration is set to create a fifo and that it's using the
proper fifo. You may also want to check the permissions on the fifo to be
sure the webserver user can actually access the fifo.
