Hi all,

A customer is having an issue where phones registered with OpenSIPS (1.4.4
TLS) temporarily lose registration and are unable to make calls. From around
the same time we see:

May 17 09:29:18 myserver /sbin/opensips[24305]:
ERROR:db_mysql:db_mysql_submit_query: driver error on query: Lost connection
to MySQL server during query
May 17 09:29:18 myserver /sbin/opensips[24305]: ERROR:core:db_do_update:
error while submitting query
May 17 09:29:18 myserver /sbin/opensips[24305]:
ERROR:usrloc:db_update_ucontact: updating database failed
May 17 09:29:18 myserver /sbin/opensips[24305]:
ERROR:usrloc:update_ucontact: failed to update database

After a few minutes the phone register again and everything goes back to
normal. During the time of the problem I am able to connect to the MySQL
server fine using the mysql client. At all other times OpenSIPS connects to
MySQL quite happily.

Anyone got any advice?

Thanks,
