[OpenSIPS-Users] Opensips 1.6.4 pua_usrloc not sending state close on phone unregistration

Hi All,
I am quite new to the Opensips presence part.
Just trying to get some basic things right.

I have enabled presence, pus and pua_usrloc module.

When a phone registers, the watcher is updated with the state of watched
phone with publish message "Open" 
But when the phone unregisters, "Close" state is not sent.

Any idea where I should look for?
