[OpenSIPS-Users] SNMPStats and usrloc db_mode 3

Hi John,

In db_mode 3 (DB ONLY), as the location data is not also stored in 
memory, the statistics are not available, so they are not exported via SNMP.

This is an know issue when using usrloc with only DB support.
