Depends on your needs :-) The MediaProxy architecture allows you to gradually scale without any trouble. You may start with OpenSIPS and MediaProxy (both dispatcher and relay) on the same machine, and as load increases you may add more Relay nodes and the load (for RTP relaying) will be evenly distributed by the dispatcher.
