Hi,

Thanks for the prompt reply.

This is a sample of my CDRs file :
...
ACK|21912SIPpTag001|15280SIPpTag0113|1-21912 at 192.168.253.55|200|OK|1295513771|
BYE|21912SIPpTag001|15280SIPpTag0113|1-21912 at 192.168.253.55|200|OK|1295513772|

I don't think the duration is in there.
