[OpenSIPS-Users] Dialplan module Usage

Hi,

Dialplan can be used to do number translation or detection. I use it 
to discover if the destination is local or pstn. You may also assign 
only certain destinations to an specific user setting a dialplan id 
in the instruction dptranslate.
