I have run the two script
--------------------------------------------------------
twisted-server.py
New connection from: C=NL,ST=Noord-Hooland,L=Haarlem,O=AG
Projects,OU=Development,CN=Valid certificate,EMAIL=test at ag-projects.com
Protocol: TLS1.1
KX algorithm: RSA
Cipher: AES-128-CBC
MAC algorithm: SHA1
Compression: NULL
---------------------------------------------------------
---------------------------------------------------------
twisted-client.py
received: echo
---------------------------------------------------------

I think there is no problem with the gnutls library....
