[OpenSIPS-Users] adjusting fr_inv_timer mid-transaction

Jeff,
I discussed this with Bogdan in an earlier thread (maybe a month ago) as a
way of failing a call with too much PDD. I haven't tried it yet, but I
suspect that what you've described is just right.
