[OpenSIPS-Users] OpenSIPS with OpenXCAP

Hello,

when I Upload the presence-rules document by UCT IMS Client i get this error:
Can't open log file '/var/log/xmlrpc.log'

in my opensips.cfg i have writen:
# -- mi_xmlrpc params --
modparam("mi_xmlrpc", "port", 8090)
modparam("mi_xmlrpc", "log_file", "/var/log/xmlrpc.log")

but why i get an error? can somebody help me?
