Indeed these two events are not implemented in OpenSIPS. But you do not
need those for BLA.
My impression is that you have not configured the Polycom phone
correctly. In the web interface you need to mark the Shared Line check
box and set the Line Uri to the correct address.

On the other hand, to check that you have configured OpenSIPS correctly,
verify if after a Register message is received from the phone the server
sends a Subscribe message with event: dialog;sla.
