[OpenSIPS-Users] Setting up a new server

Hi Jorge,

Is your softclient able to communicate with the opensips? You could test
this with tcpdump/wireshark. What does a "netstat -lnp|grep opensips"
give? If the communication is up and running you have to add some user
to your opensips.
