Mahesh,

If the UCT Ims Client does not send Supported: Eventlist, he does not support it. This is not an OpenSER problem. 

In your example (which is quite OT for OpenSER mailing list btw), the free fields are similar to previous requests.

And if you check A.3.3.1-1, there is (acc. RFC and also what Anca wrote) a Supported: eventlist from the client. As P-S and S-RLS, those fields are free, they are unchanged, meaning sent to the RLS under normal circumstances. But as already mentioned, check if you client sent it in the first place.
