Hello,

I've been trying to compile opensips with libxmlrpc-c3. I installed version
1.10 because version < 1.06 doesn't support 64 bits OS. I am using CentoOS
64.

The documentation says

"if libxmlrpc-c3[-dev] package is not available on your system, you may
check if packages for your OS are not available on the "xmlrpc-c"project (
<http://xmlrpc-c.sourceforge.net/> http://xmlrpc-c.sourceforge.net/).
Otherwise you need to install the library and devel headers from the
sources. In both cases, keep in mind to use the 0.9.10 version!!. "

I read somewhere that versions later than 0.9.1.10 could be used though.

When recompiling opensips I got

Makefile:49: You are using an unsupported libxmlrpc-c3 version (1.10),
compile at your own risk!

and when starting it I got

Dec 31 11:45:43 localhost opensips: CRITICAL:core:yyerror: parse error in
config file, line 191, column 22-23: Can't set module parameter
Dec 31 11:45:43 localhost opensips: ERROR:core:main: bad config file (1
errors)

Line 191 is

modparam("mi_xmlrpc", "port", 8080)

So my question is , how can I make version 0.9.1.0 work for 64 bits OS ? Or
any other better option will be welcomed.

Please help

thanks

Jair Santos
