Yes I have install them, that's why I told on my first mail that I'm trying to 
do a backport to Etch.

Ok, I missed that, so the real bug is that debian/control file of mediaproxy 
did not have (>= 0.0.89) ... ;-), because it only said that build-depends on 
libnetfilter_conntrack-dev ... not on any specific version.

Now I backported libnetfilter_conntrack 0.0.97 from Lenny to Etch, also 
libnfnetlink 0.0.39 (that was needed for backporting libnetfilter_conntrack) 
and then I was able to backport mediaproxy, no now all it's ok.
