[OpenSIPS-Users] snmpstats fix

Noticed an email in the devel list about a patch for loading snmp on  
opensips 1.4.  If you are getting an error like:

ERROR:core:sr_load_module: could not open module </usr/local/opensips/ 
lib/opensips/modules/snmpstats.so>: /usr/lib/libnetsnmpagent.so.15:  
undefined symbol: boot_DynaLoader

Then you will be wanting this patch.  You can also quickly fix the  
problem by pasting the output of

perl -MExtUtils::Embed -e ldopts

into the snmpstats module Makefile on the end of the BUILDAGENTLIBS  
line.

In any case, this resolves a dependancy that AgentX in net-snmp has on  
a perl lib.  Hopefully the web crawlers will pick this post up and  
keep people from having to search for days in the event this little  
problem should crop up again in opensips.
