[Users] Redirecting number of ISUP-IAM to Diversion field of SIP-INVITE translation

Hi Peter,

Openser does not process ISUP-IAM message, so it cannot do the 
translation. However, the diversion module is used to add diversion 
headers based on whatever processing you are doing in the script.
